Tags Management - CXE-384

You will be able to create, edit, and delete Tags in Enterprise. You will be able to assign a colour to Tags, and add or remove them from Stock Items, Batches, Recipes, Choices, Instructions and Sale Items.

*Aztec Menu Management clients: You will only be able to add Tags to items but you won't be able to manage the Tags List in Enterprise. The Tags List will still be managed in Aztec base data and will be imported daily into Enterprise after a successful export had been complete.

In our next release on the 30 August we will include a new feature where you can search for items that have a specific Tag.

Aztec Menu Management clients will be able to create and manage Instructions within Enterprise.

Choices Plain Option - CXE-386

The 'Allow Plain' field will be displayed in Enterprise and integrated with Aztec Product Modelling for the Choices.

The 'Multi Select' section for the Choices will have the same rules like in Aztec Product Modelling and it will be displayed within the Choice Options pop-up window along with the 'Allow Plain', and the 'Published' fields.

Copying a Stock Item - CXE-400

You will be able to copy Stock Items and Standard Lines.

Please note, when you select a Stock Item, the 'Copy Stock Item' button will only be displayed, if you have the relevant user permission assigned to you.

*Aztec Menu Management clients: Copying a Standard Line Stock Item will copy its Standard Line Recipe and its Alternative Portions as well. You will no longer be able to copy Standard Line Recipes. If you want to copy a Standard Line Recipe, you will need to copy the Standard Line Stock Item that will copy its Standard Line Recipe and its Alternative Portions.

Batch Improvements - CXE-395 & CXE - 400

• Batches will be countable by their Pack Sizes instead of their Stock Sizes when their Pack Sizes will be flagged under the new 'Counting Size' column. Please note, the 'Stock Count' flag under the 'Details' tab of the Batches will still dictate if a Batch should be countable.

• The 'Makes Amount' field will be moved to the Batches' details section and it will be permanently displayed for all clients. This field will not affect anything for Comtrex clients, however, it will be useful to configure and display the full size of a Batch not depending on which tab you are under.

• The 'Reporting Size' column will be replaced by a new 'Counting Size' column for Batches that will populate the 'Storage Count Unit' field for the Prep Items within Aztec Product Modelling.
